- Browse our curated listings, choose your preferred experience, select your date and number of guests, then proceed to secure checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your booking details and voucher.
- Can I cancel or modify my booking?
- Yes. Go to My Bookings in your dashboard, find the booking, and click Cancel or contact the operator via Messages. Cancellation policies vary by listing — some offer free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before the activity.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely via Stripe. Gift card balances and promo codes can also be applied at checkout.
- Are the tours and stays on the platform verified?
- Every listing goes through a moderation review before it goes live. We verify operator credentials, photos, and descriptions to ensure quality and accuracy for every traveler.
- Do you offer group booking discounts?
- Many operators offer tiered pricing that automatically applies lower per-person rates for larger groups. You can also request a custom group quote directly through the listing page.
- How do I earn and redeem loyalty points?
- You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on completed bookings. Points accumulate in your Rewards dashboard and can be redeemed for discounts on future tours, stays, or transfers.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
- Can I book for someone else?
- Yes. During checkout you can enter the guest's name and contact details. The confirmation email and voucher will be sent to the email address you provide.
- How do I contact my tour operator before the trip?
- Once your booking is confirmed you can message the operator directly through the Messages section in your dashboard. Operators typically respond within a few hours.
- What happens if a tour is cancelled by the operator?
- If an operator cancels, you'll receive a full refund and be notified immediately by email. We'll also suggest similar experiences you can rebook.
- Do I need to print my booking voucher?
- No. You can show the digital voucher from your confirmation email or dashboard on your phone. Some operators may also verify bookings via a QR code scan.
- Can I leave a review after my experience?
- Yes, and we encourage it! After your experience date you'll receive an email invitation to leave a rating and review, helping future travelers make informed choices.
- How does the price comparison feature work?
- You can add multiple tours or stays to the comparison drawer from any listing page. The side-by-side view lets you compare prices, ratings, duration, and amenities at a glance.
- What currencies do you support?
- We support multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, KES, ZAR, and more. You can switch your preferred currency using the selector in the footer or navbar.
- Are airport transfers included in tour packages?

- What commission does Plan My Experiences charge?
- We operate on a commission-per-booking model with no monthly fees. Commission rates are competitive and vary by region and listing category.
- How and when do I get paid?
- Payouts are processed automatically after each completed booking. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account, typically within 5–10 business days of the guest's experience date.
- Can I manage availability and block dates?
- Yes. Your Operator Dashboard includes a full availability calendar where you can set recurring schedules, block specific dates, apply seasonal pricing, and set cut-off times.
- What types of listings can I create?
- You can list tours and activities, safari experiences, accommodation and stays, airport transfers, and events. Each category has tailored fields for pricing, capacity, amenities, and policies.
- How does the Boost feature work for suppliers?
- Boost campaigns increase your listing's visibility by promoting it in search results, category pages, and discovery sections. You set a budget and target dates.
- Can I set different prices for adults, children, and infants?
- Yes. Our tiered pricing system lets you define separate rates for different guest types including adults, children, infants, and seniors.
- How does the moderation process work?
- Every new listing and major edit goes through a moderation review. We check accuracy of descriptions, photo quality, pricing fairness, and compliance with our supplier guidelines.
- Can I offer add-ons or extras with my tours?
- Yes. You can create optional add-ons such as meals, equipment rental, photography packages, or premium upgrades.
- How do I handle cancellations and refunds?
- You define your own cancellation policy when creating a listing. When a guest cancels within the allowed window, refunds are processed automatically.

- How do I list an accommodation property?

- Is there a minimum traffic requirement to join?

- How long does the referral cookie last?
- Our referral tracking cookie lasts 30 days. If a traveler clicks your link and completes a booking within 30 days, you earn the commission.
